What is IPOVEST?
IPOVEST is an independent information platform that helps Indian investors follow Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in one clean place. We bring together the details that matter when an IPO is open or about to list: price band and lot size, grey market premium (GMP), live subscription status by investor category, anchor investors, allotment and listing dates, company financials, and how recent IPOs performed after listing.
What you will find here
- IPOs — Mainboard and SME issues: open, upcoming, closed and listed, with a detail page for each one.
- GMP Today — live grey market premium, estimated listing price, kostak and subject-to-sauda rates, with day-wise and intraday history.
- Subscription — QIB, NII, retail and total subscription, plus day-by-day progress.
- Anchor investors — who invested before the issue opened and how much.
- OFS — Offer for Sale windows on the exchanges with floor price and order book.
- Pre-IPO / unlisted shares — indicative prices, dealer quotes and price history.
How our data works
Our data is refreshed automatically every 30 minutes and delivered through the same API that we offer to developers at api.ipovest.com. Every page shows when its data was last updated. We aim for accuracy, but IPO data comes from multiple public and third-party sources and can contain delays or errors — please verify important details with the official offer document and the registrar before you act.
