The Site provides general information about IPOs, grey market premium (GMP), subscription, allotment, listings, offers for sale and unlisted shares. It is provided for education and information only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or apply for any security. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst or stock broker. Please read our Disclaimer.
2. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep information accurate and current, but data comes from public and third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. GMP and unlisted prices are unofficial and can change quickly. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. You are responsible for verifying information with official sources (offer documents, exchanges, registrars) before making any decision.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, crawl or systematically download the Site’s content or data by automated means — if you need data in bulk, use our official API at api.ipovest.com;

- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, layout, text, software and compilation of data are owned by or licensed to IPOVEST and protected by applicable law. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other use needs our prior written permission.

The Site links to third-party websites such as registrars, companies and exchanges. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Use them at your own risk.
